Recyclable by design
Aluminium cans as the primary format, chosen because the material returns to use rather than stepping down in quality.
Sustainability
Aluminium is infinitely recyclable — the same metal can return as a new can without losing its properties. That material advantage is the foundation of how BevCans packs.
The loop
A can does not degrade the way most packaging does. Collected and remelted, the same aluminium can be re-formed into a new can — and then again, without the material losing its properties. That is the case for choosing it over formats that step down in quality each time they are recycled.
BevCans builds around that: eco-conscious canning processes, responsible material use through the run, and efficient operations aimed at minimising unnecessary waste. Where secondary packaging is needed, we will discuss options that align with your brand's environmental goals rather than defaulting to the cheapest wrap.
In practice
Aluminium cans as the primary format, chosen because the material returns to use rather than stepping down in quality.
Careful handling of liquid and packaging materials through preparation, filling and packing to limit avoidable loss.
Energy-conscious operations and run planning that avoids unnecessary resource use across the production schedule.
Deliberately unquantified. This page carries no recycled-content percentage, carbon figure, waste-reduction statistic or environmental certification, because none has been verified. Publishing an unevidenced environmental claim is a regulatory risk in several export markets — add these only with documentation behind them. Suggested next step: request a recycled-content statement from your can supplier and a waste log from the production floor.
