BevCans fills a range of premium liquids including energy drinks, pH-specific alkaline waters, natural and functional formulations, king coconut water, carbonated soft drinks and juices. If your beverage sits outside these categories, send us the specification and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.
The formats published by BevCans are 250ml slim, 330ml sleek and 500ml standard. If your brief calls for a different format, raise it at the first conversation so it can be confirmed before artwork begins.
Yes. Early-stage brands are a core part of our work — the Projects page shows beverages taken from concept through to sealed, market-ready cans. Bring your idea, target market and rough volume expectation and we will map out the practical next step.
Yes. BevCans operates an under-one-roof facility with an in-house team covering visual and structural packaging design as well as the filling and sealing itself, so artwork and production stay aligned.
The more of these you can share, the faster we can respond: your beverage category and formulation status, preferred can size, estimated quantity, target launch date, whether you need branding or design support, and your intended market. If artwork or a product brief already exists, attach it to the enquiry form.
Minimum order quantities depend on your beverage formulation and packaging requirements rather than a single fixed number. Contact the team with your specification for an assessment against your project.
Yes. Private-label production lets retailers, distributors and brand owners put their own brand on the can while BevCans handles filling, packaging and quality control.
BevCans maintains quality control intended for international distribution, and has packed products such as king coconut water for export-focused handling. Share your destination markets early so packaging and documentation requirements can be reviewed up front.
Six stages: consultation and planning, liquid receiving and preparation, pre-run quality assurance, precision filling and seaming, post-fill rinsing and labelling, then final packaging and distribution handover.
Send an enquiry through the contact form, call the team directly, or message us on WhatsApp. Share your beverage idea, preferred can size and estimated volume and we will come back with the right next step.
Answers about minimum order quantities, capacity, lead times and certifications are written to describe how the assessment works rather than to state a figure. Replace them with specifics only where BevCans can commit to the number.
